FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE CAMP?

You can sign up online by pressing "Register Here" on the designated camp page. Please note that there is an online registration fee for credit card processing and convenience.

WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING?

For NON-RESIDENTIAL CAMPS (ID Camps, Day camps): All campers should bring cleats, tennis shoes, water bottle, shin guards, soccer ball, sun screen, and lunch/snack. Some camps offer a lunch option for purchase. Please click on the desired camp link.

For RESIDENTIAL CAMPS, please click on the desired camp link for a detailed packing list.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP

Check-in varies based on the start time of the camp. In most cases, check-in will begin 1 hour prior to the start of camp. A detailed schedule will be sent via email to all registered campers as well as posted on the website AT LEAST one week prior to the start of camp. Check-in will take place at the site of the camp. At that time, remaining balance (if applicable) and medical forms must be submitted prior to any participation.

IS THERE SPECIFIC GOALKEEPER TRAINING?

Yes, goalkeepers will have specialized training as well as small sided and full field play.

WHAT CAN ONE EXPECT ON A TYPICAL DAY AT CAMP?

Each available camp will have a ‘sample schedule’ posted on each camp link.

CAN PARENTS STAY AND WATCH?

Yes, parents can stay and watch the sessions.

WILL THERE BE A TRAINER OR MEDICAL STAFF ON SITE?

Yes, a certified athletic trainer will be present during all training sessions.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

There is a non-refundable application fee of $50 for all non-residential camps and a non-refundable application fee of $100 for all residential camps. All refund requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of camp and must be submitted in writing to our mailing address. No refunds will be issued within the two weeks prior to camp. Serious injury or sickness may be a consideration.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY AS IT PERTAINS TO WEATHER CANCELLATIONS?

Weather related cancellations are non-refundable. The Central Florida Girls Soccer Camp will adhere to the proper lightning and thunder protocols and will only cancel if more than 2 hours of delays have accumulated. In the event of heavy rain, The Central Florida Girls Soccer Camps will continue unless the playing surface is deemed unplayable and unsafe. In the event of a weather related cancellation, each participant will receive a 50% discount to the next available camp offered.

WHO DO I CONTACT IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?

IS AIRPORT PICK UP AND DROP OFF AVAILABLE FOR CAMP?

Airport pick up and drop off is available upon request. Please indicate in the NOTES section of your registration form if you will need transportation.  Once your airline ticket is confirmed, please send your flight itinerary to Tiffany Sahaydak at cfgscamps@gmail.com. Only available for MCO and SFB airports.

For Flight Information; please schedule your arrival time prior to 11am on the first day of camp and your departure time after 2pm on the last day of camp.  If you have questions or need additional information, please contact Tiffany Sahaydak at cfgscamps@gmail.com.
 
Please note, there is a $25 service fee for airport drop off and pick up. Payment can be sent prior to camp, or submitted upon pick up). All checks made payable to Tiffany Roberts Soccer.
